We are happy to introduce Juan Martínez speach about Digital Nomads. We will talk about how to get the legal benefits for those businessmen working in Spain with income abroad.
During the last years, Malaga and costa del sol has received many entrepreneurs, directors, digital nomads, employees and investors making the region very attractive for international all size groups (from Vodafone google but also medium size companies as well as small but fast growing and promising start ups).
Many different tax and legal rules has been applied in the past to try to optimize and make it cost efficient. However, since the approval of different pieces of legislation, a new more friendly tax and legal frame might be available for those who want to set up a business, move or not to Spain but mainly work for foreign markets.
However, despite the new rules approval, a lot of uncertainty has arise in the detail and formalities of this new rules which may jeopardize the tax and legal benefits or even create double taxation or legal risk
This is why, we have organize a different series of events to try to share how to address those obstacles along the way.
